Dear All It has been gloriously refreshing to have some rain to break the heat. I actually heard a patient say yesterday that they were “ready for winter!”

• We had an amazing open day on the 6th of February 2016. The content was amazing and we received such good feedback. “People with goals succeed because they know where they’re going” – Earl Nightingale. • I was on a personal development retreat this last weekend. Wow, what an amazing experience; I even got to do a firewalk! Our next article discusses a philosophical concept based on this weekend and I look forward to your feedback.
