Most people start care because of acute or chronic pain—whether it’s back pain, headaches, neck tension, or limited mobility. Our initial focus is to reduce pain but not just mask it. We aim to address the neurological root cause and begin the healing process immediately.

What does the chiropractic adjustment do?

Care Includes:

  • 2–3 visits per week
  • Chiropractic adjustments, spinal and joint decompression, neuro-soothing techniques
  • Home recommendations: walking, gentle movement, spinal decompression exercises
  • Natural alternatives to anti-inflammatories
     

💡Note: Intense exercise and additional stressors are to be avoided during this phase to allow cellular repair and avoid overload. In severe and chronic instances pain-relief is not possible until significant correction has occurred; be patient!
 


2. Stabilization Phase — Building Lasting Resilience

Primary Goal: Restore normal movement and prevent relapse

As pain decreases, it’s tempting to think healing is complete. But this phase is vital. It’s when we rebuild the physiological resilience and begin reprogramming your nervous system for sustainable health.

What does the adjustment do now?

Care Includes:

  • Weekly visits or less for 12–16 weeks

📣During this time, consistency matters most. Many patients feel better and return to old habits too soon—leading to setbacks. This phase prevents that; however, the participants time and effort secure this!

In many chiropractic instances, “Maintenance Care” is suggested. Much like how older cars need more frequent checkups, this model implies that the older your body, the more you need intervention.
