DD Palmer (the founder of Chiropractic) maintained that the ‘Three Ts’ were the cause of all Dis-ease: Trauma (physical), Toxins (chemical) and Thoughts (emotions). These daily challenges lead to subluxations which, as you know, are interferences to the normal movements, functions and processes of the body. Subluxations occur covertly until they reach a critical point where your body cannot cope, cannot compensate and BOOM, problems start to talk to you in the form of your symptoms!

At Aspire Happyness we talk about health training. The reason for this, is to give you a daily health choice: 1) Await for massive signs of crisis before you respond consciously… or… 2) Treat your body as your temple by training daily, live a great quality of life and prevent any catastrophes

So, by association, there are only three areas you can train in… 1) Physically – stuff that you do to your body 2) Chemically – stuff that you put into your body 3) Emotionally – stuff that you put into your brain

If we realise that we live daily, immersed in our busy lives that are filled with all kinds of stresses and challenges, then it is simple to acknowledge that we are training daily whether we are conscious of it or not. We can infer that there are two types of training: positive (conscious and in the direction of your goals) or negative (subconscious and leading you to your next crisis!).

The late great boxer Joe Fraiser once said “You can map out a fight plan or a life plan. But when the action starts, it may not go the way you planned and you are down to your reflexes which means your training. That is where your road-work shows. If you cheated on that in the dark of the morning well, you are getting found out now under the bright lights.”

How is your training? You may not be able to predict your next great challenge, but you can train for obstacles!
