To Break Bread is to engage in a comfortable, friendly interaction. Originally, the term was literal, meaning that a loaf of bread would be broken to share and eat, a casual meal among associates. Today, the term is used to describe a social interaction where something is shared. This could be food, money, commodities, assets, or other various items.

My wife made this yummy and healthy dinner last night. Above is the recipe...
She only made half the sauce and it was perfect... and she didn’t have sesame oil so she added a dash of olive oil.

Happy eating

http://www.runningforbeginners.com/jogging-5k/5k-training-programs/#.XD… the concept... For many people exercise is either a dirty word and they hate it or they have tried many forms of exercise and they do not like it. Something simple is a great place to start - perhaps "couch to 5k

Thought for the day:

Raw, non GMO, organic, local produce, naturally grown and ripened, season specific, free from pesticides-herbicides-hormones-antibiotics, free range, .. This would be the perfect way to eat but it is still not a reality for many people do what are the options?

One of my goals this year is to read 6 books. To accomplish this I commit to reading at least one page (or more of I can) as I get into bed at night.
What is one of your goals?

Do you have suggestions on good (non fiction please) books?
I will post the list once you have messaged me directly

I hear often; "I want to be healthy and fit"
If this is your desire:
My challenge to you is figuring out what this means specifically to you. I have never found two people that have the same understanding of health and fitness.
Once you know specifically then we can drive action towards your goals.

Because we in the beginning of the year, many people have asked me how to actually achieve change in their chosen areas and focuses set for the new year.
My answer is based in neurology - "how to change habits". It is common to believe you can break habits in 21 days or something simple like that. According to neuroscience, habits can never be broken only reprogrammed. Reprogramming habits are based on:
1) conscious awareness of the pattern that needs changing
2) decision on the appropriate actions that need to be put in place repetitively to install the new program; new habit. The time frame for this is based in how long the old habit has been in place for.
3) creating the value for the new neurological pattern so that the brain has no doubt choosing the new habit over the old habit.

For many this is a complex and difficult process and this is why very few actual achieve sustainable change.

Good luck!

Completely removing all starchy carbs... Remember fibrous carbs are your veg options & they balance your blood sugar and fat reserves very well. I am always amazed at how quickly and quietly the carbs abbreviations back into normal diet... Watch yourself!

Sunday afternoon/evening is an important time for reflection and refocus.
1) reflect on the week you had; the highlights and challenges; the victories and the learnings.
2) refocus your actions, goals, visualisations and affirmations for the upcoming week.
This takes me about 30 to 60 minutes and I am writing in my journal so I have stuff to review during the week to make sure I am on check.

Today is the first Sunday of 2019 and for many people the eve of them starting work after December holidays. I trust you are well rested!

Take the time now to do the process described above but do it for 2018 and then refocus for 2019. Powerful stuff!

If you wish to take this process further and more indepth to secure a great year with effective goals and actions that are in alignment, message me directly!

From the Aspire Happyness team have a smacker 2019.

P.s we are back in the office as of Tuesday. Book your spinal checks; we look forward to helping you and your family achieve phenomenal health in 2019.
